好個食慾之秋,日本很多食材都很便宜,290日元買到十隻生蠔、250五個柿子,還有太量看來精力充沛的蔬菜,很肥很飽滿的蘿蔔與蕃薯,長得很亮眼的各種菌類。無花果在初秋時已上場了,秋末仍未退場,280就買到七個,不大,只有我掌心般大。放進紅酒裡煮,原食諎是糖與紅酒比列1:2,太可怕,我放的低於1:3,剛好冰箱還有個像青檸的苦橙,把汁都擠進,煮起連汁都是清甜的,拌乳酪就搭。

材料:無花果(七個)、紅酒(350毫升)、糖(100克)、檸檬汁(半個的量)。

做法:把無花果用鹽邊輕擦邊洗乾淨,切去頭上硬硬的部分,將紅酒、糖及檸檬汁放一起,煮到糖溶化,放下無花果,蓋上蓋子,煮40分鐘,完成。
